Join us on Monday, March 23, 2020 as we hear from a charming, open and thoroughly delightful entrepreneur who will talk to us about her first endeavour into entrepreneurship, the failures that came along with it, the lessons she has learned, and what she is continuing to learn along the way.

Rachel Crook is a former Human Resource Professional recently turned Entrepreneur. Rachel’s first foray into entrepreneurship was under the Origin Family Homes banner, in which she discovered success does not come easy! She was brave enough to give it another go, and now owns Ottawa Finished Basements with her husband, who has owned the company for several years. Together, they have two young children, and are juggling entrepreneurship, parenthood, a spousal business partnership, and life in general! Rachel is here to talk about her first endeavour into entrepreneurship, the failures that came along with it, the lessons she has learned, and what she is continuing to learn along the way!

Yes, that is the motel that still looks like it needs some updating…which has been done inside already!  It is quite lovely. The outsdie will obtain a makeover in the Spring and then you won’t recognize the place.
